you might remember Varadaan for his role of establishing the Solstice

at the Solstice Institute September 7-11. Hakomi is a body-centered,

the Big room at Solstice. Benyamin and Rabia van Hattum and other members
of the Zevk Ensemble will lead an evening of remembrance of the One
through devotional music (elahis) with traditional Middle Eastern
instruments and chanting the divine names in Arabic (zirk Allah). The
Zevk Ensemble is based in Abiqui, New Mexico, and members are associated

JAN VANDERLINDEN'S QI GONG AND SHING-E Beginning October 17 in the Big
room at Solstice and continuing throughout the fall on Monday evenings,
Jan Vanderlinden will teach her famous relaxing and invigorating Qi Gong
class during the first hour as well as a relaxed Shing-E ( a form of
Martial Arts) class the second hour, during which the relationship
