Hoop Dance 101 with Betty Hoops: Monday, July 24 and Monday August 7 from 6:00-7:00 at the Solstice Institute. $12
Betty Hoops Dance Therapy integrates yoga, strength training & dance techniques to give you a fun workout for your body, mind & soul. It's that time of year again - Renaissance Adventures, a local business that offers summer camp programs in Adventure Quest (dynamic, live-action theater games for kids ages 6 to 16), is gearing up for their summer program at 302 Pearl. Belonging is a powerful theme, directly related to the intimacy that is in every human being. MIWA LINEHAN'S TRANCE MEDIUM/CHANNELED HEALING CLINIC! This month's sessions will be on July 12 and 26 from 7:15 - 8:30. Cost: $20. You can get a healing and communication on any aspect of your life: relationships, family, career, health concerns, illness/injuries, past lives, angels/guides, life purpose, and question that will guide you along your spiritual path.
