The Solstice Center has been a busy place with evening workshops and Renaissance Adventures summer camps bringing young questers' imaginations alive. Our fundraising garage sale was successful, so thank you for participating, if you did. What are you doing on 7/7? If you are not watching Al Gore's "Live Earth" broadcast, or need a break from the television that evening, head on over to the Solstice Center and join the Power of Love Fundraiser. Details below.

In addition to seeing clients for his Ayurvedic practice, Varadaan has spent the majority of the summer talking to planners, architects and engineers about some significant building improvements. Check this website for more information!

Reiki Level-1 Workshop, with Joanna Neff, Traditional Usui Reiki Master

the Level 1 Class: Be attuned to Reiki energy; history of transmission of Reiki; what healing really involves; ethics and principles of Reiki. Learn to use simple sets of hand positions that correspond to the body's gland and organ systems. Class materials inclued in fee: Reiki manual and CD of Joanna Neff's guided meditations.

Nine weeks of Awareness Through Movement
Starting Monday, June 4
Relieve pain and chronic tension, rediscover stability and balance. Feel refreshed and alive, focused and balanced. Awareness Through Movement® classes in the Feldenkrais Method® are verbally guided experiential explorations of movement, breath, muscle tone, and skeletal alignment. These lessons teach you to move with intelligence, not effort. No movement experience necessary. You progress at your own gentle pace. All lessons taught by Erin Ferguson, guild certified Feldenkrais practitioner.
