We talk about how business needs to be different. Learn these tools and experience a new respect for your workforce and partners. Discover the wisdom in collaboration. This workshop offers four tools that allow people to come together with only a vague idea and create a plan that is detailed down to who will do what and when, in four hours or less. This works for strategic planning, sequencing, creating a marketing plan, a business plan, a project or vacation (less than four hours).

You will learn:
* How to use each of the four tools
* When to apply them
* The benefits of using them as a sequence
* How to improve meetings
* How to get agreement and buy-in without argument or post meeting sabotage
* How to get results quickly and easily

Who Should Attend:
* Anyone on a team
* Entrepreneurs
* Project managers
* Department heads
* Human Resource professionals

Participants are encouraged to bring their team with them. The first team (3 or more) to register, will be the demonstration project, if they choose.

Mobile Home for sale

Mobile home for sale

Anybody out there looking for a great affordable place to live? This is the Solstice Center's facility manager's former home, so you can be sure it was taken cre of well. This tastefully remodeled 1961 Marlette on lot #25 in Mapleton Mobile Home Park, also known as Mapleton Hollow, sits in the middle of one of Boulder's most progressive, affordable mobile home communities.

Photos: http://www.flickr.com/photos/macelf/sets/72157594579035715/

Location is central, with excellent walking access to two of Boulder's famous shopping districts: The Pearl St. Mall and the Twenty-ninth Street Mall. The Goose Creek bike path runs through the middle of the park so one can bike anywhere in town. Ownership of a home in this park automatically confers membership in the Mapleton Home Association, the MHA, a non-profit whose board of directors actively direct management of the park. You will have a voice in the park if you become a resident here!

Lot rent on the home is $330/month. To qualify for this home, the buyer must have an income range of $18,250 for one person or $23,500 for two, with additional specific limits on assets. This program is administered through Thistle Community Housing's Community Land Trust Program. More instructions on this procedure can be found at http://www.colorado-housing.net/thistle/mha/apply.htm
